Prices All prices on leg-ro.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Leg&Ro reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of your order is binding.
Payment We accept payment by MobilePay and the other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Order & Order Confirmation When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation is not an acceptance of your purchase; a binding agreement is entered into when the item has been dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns You have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer. If you wish to return an item, you must always contact us first at hello@leg-ro.dk with your order number to receive the correct return address and instructions. Do not automatically return the parcel to the sender address.

Complaint Rights You have 24 months' right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects and faults present at the time of delivery. It does not cover faults arising from misuse, wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery. Contact us at hello@leg-ro.dk for complaints — you always deal directly with Leg&Ro.
Disputes Any dispute shall be resolved under Danish law. If you as a consumer wish to complain about a purchase, you may contact the Danish Complaints Board (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk. You may also use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
